Originally named Tapin Feedback, the name was changed to Feedbackly in 2016 when we realized that really helping companies create happier customers required more than just single-channel service. The Feedbackly Terminal was a great place to start – but we wanted to cover the entire customer journey.
We needed to help companies collect, analyze and act on feedback from multiple online and offline channels. So we added new feedback channels to fill in the missing pieces.
