Our mission is to help companies create the world’s happiest customers so that they can achieve sustained, long-term growth. We want to create a world where CX is at the core of every company’s growth strategy so that more positive customer experiences happen every day.

” We founded Feedbackly in the summer of 2012 to help smaller brick & mortar companies to find an easy and automated way handle their feedback collection.

Originally named Tapin Feedback, the name was changed to Feedbackly in 2016 when we realised that really helping companies create happier customers required more than just single-channel service. The Feedbackly Terminal was a great place to start – but we wanted to cover the entire customer journey.

We needed to help companies collect, analyse and act on feedback from multiple online and offline channels. So we added new feedback channels to fill in the missing pieces. Our mission has always been to help companies create the world’s happiest customers so they can achieve sustained, long-term growth.

Today Feedbackly helps midsize and enterprise companies measure and manage customer feelings along their entire customer journey so that they can understand how to create happier customers. “
