What is one respondent and one marketing contact?

One respondent within Feedbackly is any individual who answers your feedback survey completely. One marketing contact is any individual who provides e-mail contact information to your survey. 

What happens if I get more respondents than my subscription holds?

You don't need to worry! All your data will be recorded. You will have a restricted access to the data that exceeds the limit on your subscription. To access the data you can upgrade the subscription and afterwards you will have access to the data. 

What is a User?

There are different kinds of user with different roles and those roles are available in all packages. e.g. if you want to give different roles or add more admin users than just one, these are Company-level features. 

What’s the catch? How can it be so affordable?

Do I need to buy the hardware for the feedback kiosk?

Yes and no. You can choose from ordering the whole package from you or use your own iPad and just downloads the App. 

Do I need to buy additional services?

No. All new Feedbackly customers need to buy only the services that are already included to get started with your customer experience measurement efforts. 

Do I need to pay for a year upfront?

No. Feedbackly plans can be billed annually or monthly. 

Are there any separate survey creation or sending fees?

No. Feedbackly costs are strictly tied to the plan you choose and to the number of the respondents and marketing contacts.

 

Are there any add-on fees?

No. Feedbackly's pricing is designed to scale with the size of your business, so we do ask our customers to use the pricing level that will fit their level of use. This means having enough respondents to match your measurement needs. The only exeption is the SMS channel use as one SMS naturally has a price. 

How does the free plan work?

Free plan provides you with the forever free plan. You’ll find that the free plan does impose a few limits on the software, like the possibility of receiving the feedback kiosk device from us.
