Yes! The survey logic feature is included in our Team Plan. With this feature, you can redirect respondents to any question in the survey based on how they respond to a specific question. For example, you can send people who respond with a red or orange smiley to an additional question which probes deeper into the problem, while sending people who respond with green smileys to the end of the survey. Of course this is all done automatically after you create the initial survey logic.
Yes. When you subscribe to our Growth Plan, you can add an account-wide company logo as well as a custom logo on each individual distribution channel. This means that you can show a different logo on your iPad kiosk channel than on your website channel, for instance.
