We are looking for an ambitious marketing trainee to aid our marketing team in maintaining a strong online presence for the CX Forum global community. This position is mostly remote, however, we are looking for a person who can also visit our office in Helsinki, Finland 1-2 days a week. This is a paid trainee position.

Your main role is to create and implement strategies to foster a strong CX community. We expect you to have an interest in content creation, marketing data analytics, and event management. Also, knowledge of basic digital marketing and sales tactics is seen as a big bonus and helps you be successful in this position.

We are offering a great place to develop your digital marketing and sales stack so you don’t have to be a professional with years of experience but you need to be willing to learn every day and every minute – we are looking for the can-do attitude and a highly motivated person for this job.

Your work will include:

• Organizing and managing CX Forum events
• Conceive and execute a wide range of content campaigns to drive engagement and growth
• Doing, monitoring, and optimizing B2B sales to potential customers and partners
• Creating and optimizing content for newsletters, email marketing, social media, blog, and similar
• Creating basic design and graphical work for emails, landing pages, and social media
• Managing and optimizing the CX Forum website, landing pages, email marketing, paid ads, and digital marketing funnels
• Initiating and organizing new activities to engage and grow the community
• Analyzing data to monitor growth performance and uncover areas for improvement
• Reporting on marketing and sales activities, community engagement, and community growth

Requirements for this job:

• Strong interest in digital marketing and sales or business development
• Experience in content marketing (email, social media, blog, etc.)
• Excellent written and oral skills in English (Finnish and/or Spanish is a big benefit)
• A can-do attitude that solves any challenge coming your way
• You have an analytical mindset and a wish to improve every day
• You are organized and able to juggle multiple priorities and deliverables
• The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong planning and organizational skills

Seen as strong plus points if you have:

• Experience in community management (e.g. blog)
• Experience in digital marketing (email marketing, social, Lead Generation, PPC)
• Experience in working with CRM systems and marketing automation technologies such as Hubspot, Pipedrive, Drip, Salesforce, etc.
• A track record in executing marketing tactics that achieve growth in leads, customers, and/or community members
• A track record in writing content (blog, social media) that has achieved visible engagement
• Strong interest in B2B SaaS or Growth Marketing is seen as a big plus
