Job description

 

We are looking for a talented and ambitious marketing and community manager to aid our marketing team in maintaining a strong online presence for the CX Forum global community.

Your main role is to create and implement strategies to foster a strong CX community. We expect you to be experienced in content creation, sales-oriented communication, and event management. Also, strong knowledge of basic digital marketing tactics is required to be successful in this position. You will act as the face and voice of the CX Forum brand and manage all community communications.

Your work will include:

  • Organizing and managing CX Forum events
  • Conceive and execute a wide range of content campaigns to drive engagement and growth
  • Doing, monitoring, and optimizing B2B sales to potential customers and partners
  • Creating and optimizing content for newsletters, email marketing, social media, blog, and similar
  • Creating basic design and graphical work for emails, landing pages, social media
  • Managing and optimizing the CX Forum website, landing pages, email marketing, paid ads, and digital marketing funnels
  • Building relationships with clients and partners
  • Developing and planning CX Forum community strategies
  • Initiating and organizing new activities to engage and grow the community
  • Analyzing data to monitor growth performance and uncover areas for improvement.
  • Reporting on marketing and sales activities, community engagement, and community growth

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Marketing or Business preferred)
  • 2-3 years of experience working in digital marketing or community management
  • Excellent written and oral skills in English (Finnish and/or Spanish is a big benefit)
  • Demonstrated experience in working with CRM systems and marketing automation technologies such as Hubspot, Pipedrive, Drip, Salesforce, etc.
  • Experience in executing a successful marketing plan which achieves growth in leads, customers, and/or community members
  • You have a proven capability in areas of digital marketing (email marketing, social, Lead Generation, PPC)
  • You have experience in writing content (blog, social media) that converts
  • You have an analytical mindset & focus on ROI
  • You are organized and able to juggle multiple priorities and deliverables
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • The ability to see challenges as opportunities for organizational growth
  • The ability to adapt and be flexible – you are a self-starter
  • Strong planning and organizational skills

Ideally, you should have a can-do attitude, excellent communication skills, a bit of tech-savviness, and a hunger to learn more about how to grow a global community. Experience in B2B SaaS or Growth Marketing is seen as a big plus.
